Matty Draughter, CEO & Founder
My mutli-hyphenated artistry and corporate experience decided to shake hands one day. Since then, it's never been the same. SRS was developed for Artists, Businesses, and Organizations to excel in their markets. After working on some of the largest brands in the world, I shifted gears to give back to my friends and community.

I had to leave New Orleans to get my experience. Now it's time for the world to experience New Orleans.

2015-2017
Bright Moments
My journey began in New Orleans, where I discovered the power of effective marketing at Bright Moments. There, I co-produced my first large-scale event: one of the annual Back to School Rallies at the New Orleans Public Library. I also led the Social Media Strategy for New Orleans East Hospital, significantly strengthening their digital presence in 2017.
2017-2019
DDB San Francisco
After completing my MAIP (Multicultural Advertising Intern Program) Internship at DDB Chicago in 2017, I embarked on an exciting journey to San Francisco, where I joined the team to drive impactful Marketing Campaigns and Digital Activations for Energy Upgrade California. At this historic agency, I honed my skills in Video and Traditional Production, mastering the craft while forming lasting friendships. Highlights of my time included collaborating with Muni Long for an energy-efficient music video and working with Production to creatively capture and showcase the stunning beauty of California through the lens of energy conservation—an experience that truly grounded my career. Highlights of my first internship: CapitalOne, Jeep, Skittles & Conagra.
2019-2024
Instrument
After mastering traditional and video production, I sought to deepen my expertise in Digital Production and joined INSTRUMENT. There, I immersed myself in the intricacies of UX/UI Strategy, Web Development, Digital Activations & Campaigns, and Product Marketing and Design. My time at INSTRUMENT was marked by exciting achievements, including developing cutting-edge websites for Google, producing Nike's "You Can't Stop Us" campaign during the pandemic, creating an engaging gamified experience for Atlassian, producing a Machine Learning video campaign for Capital One, Product Designing for Apple TV, and enhancing web platforms for Salesforce+. Each project enriched my skill set and fueled my passion for innovative digital solutions.
2019-2021
ColorBloc Magazine
At ColorBloc, I joined the Executive Team to help craft and define the brand, positioning, and Social Media Strategy behind the launch of our Print and Digital Issues. ColorBloc's Mission is to be a Magazine for Artists by Artists.
